Using AlphaDeals

Do I need to create an account to browse deals?

No. Every sourced deal on the platform is browsable without registering. Your browser is given an anonymous session ID so that any deal you unlock stays unlocked when you come back — no name, email, or password required. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that session ID does and doesn't do.

What do I actually get when I unlock a deal?

The exact address, the original portal link (or vendor contact details for off-market opportunities), and the full listing detail for that specific property — everything needed to pursue it directly, plus access to the BRRRR financial analysis for that deal.

How much does it cost to unlock a deal?

The sourcing fee scales with the deal's asking price — 3%, with a £750 minimum and £2,500 maximum — rather than a flat rate regardless of deal size. The exact figure for a given deal is shown before you confirm, with nothing hidden. See our Terms of Business for what the fee covers.

Fees & Refunds

Is the sourcing fee refundable?

We only keep a fee where the service was genuinely delivered on fair terms. We won't rely on a blanket "non-refundable" clause to keep a fee where nothing was actually delivered, or where the information we gave you was materially inaccurate. See Terms of Business, section 3 for the full position.

What happens if AlphaDeals doesn't honour a refund decision?

Once our redress scheme membership is active (see below — registration is currently in progress), an unresolved dispute goes to independent adjudication rather than just our own judgement, and failing to comply with a ruling against us carries real consequences under the scheme's rules, including referral to National Trading Standards. Until membership is active, an unresolved dispute can be taken to Trading Standards or Citizens Advice directly — see our Complaints Procedure.

Complaints & Regulation

How long does the complaints process take?

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days and give a full written response within 8 weeks — often sooner. Full details are in our Complaints Procedure.

Can I complain about how my complaint was handled, separately from the outcome?

Yes. A complaint about our service or process — a slow response, poor communication — is a different thing from disputing the outcome of a specific refund decision, and both are valid reasons to get in touch.

Is AlphaDeals a member of a redress scheme?

Not yet — registration with a Government-authorised scheme (such as the Property Redress Scheme or The Property Ombudsman) is in progress, along with AML supervision and ICO registration. See our Terms of Business for full details and what to do in the meantime if you have a dispute.
